Welcome to Vail Valley Field Hockey!

Founded by local moms and friends who cherished playing field hockey in their youth, our mission is to share the joy and excitement of this sport with the community while staying active and engaged. We're thrilled to announce the start of Girls Field Hockey, where community spirit, inclusivity, and fun are at the heart of everything we do.

Our program offers two initial sessions designed to bring girls aged 9-13 together, fostering lasting friendships and building confidence through the joy of field hockey. Whether your child has a passion for soccer, lacrosse, dancing, art, ice hockey, or theater, this is a wonderful opportunity to try something new and exciting. No prior experience is needed—just a willingness to have fun and meet new friends!

We believe that cost should never be a barrier to participation. If financial concerns arise, please complete the registration form and request a scholarship or partial scholarship. Our mission is to ensure every girl who wants to play can, and we are actively seeking funding and sponsorships to support this goal.

Looking to the future, we're excited to explore the possibility of expanding our sessions into the fall and winter. We're also eager to connect with local recreation centers, schools, and clubs to introduce field hockey into their programs. Currently there is a club in Aspen and many clubs / schools across the front range.

Do you know a girl who might be interested, or do you have field hockey experience and would like to volunteer as a coach or help with our meet-up? We'd love for you to join our contact list. Your enthusiasm and expertise can help bring the joy of field hockey to life in our community.
